1. A trained teacher from a reputable training institution

2. Competent teacher in one or all of the following subject in upper primary

i. Mathematics

ii. English

iii. science

3. An experienced teacher from an English medium school

4. Competent in written and spoken English

5. Genuinely passionate in loving and caring for children

6. A strong believer in the power of education in furthering the kingdom of God and the development of ethical, creative leaders.
